What is Transactional Analysis?
Transactional analysis, or ‘TA’, is a theory of personality, social interaction and communication. Because TA is primarily about relationships, it is one of the most accessible forms of modern psychologies and has been developing since Eric Berne originally founded it in the late 1950s. TA is now widely used as a tool for personal and professional growth and change across a number of fields and sectors, including Counselling, Psychotherapy, Business/Management, Education and Healthcare.
