Eight ways we work with organisations

Each one is shaped around your people and what you want to change. Most organisations start with one and add others later.

INSET days and twilight sessions

A full staff day or a run of after-school sessions on relationships in the classroom and the staffroom, built around your school's priorities.

TA 101 for your staff

The official introduction to Transactional Analysis, run for your organisation alone, on your site or ours, with a certificate for everyone who completes it.

For: any team new to TA

Team days

A day for a team to look at how it communicates, handles conflict and makes decisions, using TA ideas that people recognise straight away.

Reflective practice groups

A regular, confidential space for staff to think about the people they work with, led by experienced supervisors, monthly or termly.

One-to-one coaching for people who lead others: the patterns that show up at work, and what to do differently.

Consultancy

For a team that is stuck, a change that isn't landing or a culture that needs attention. We start by agreeing clearly what everyone wants from the work.

You tell us what is happening and what you would like to change. There is no charge for this.

A written proposal

What we will do, who will do it, the dates and a clear fee, for you to agree before anything is booked.

The work

Delivered by Connexus trainers, at your premises, at ours in Hove, or online.

Following up

We check back afterwards on what has changed and what might help next.

In TA this is called a three-cornered contract: you, the people who will be in the room and we all know what the work is for before it starts.
