How to find us
When you arrive
Look for the black front door with the tiled steps, and the Connexus logos in the ground-floor windows. Most courses use the main front door: take the steps up from the street and come in. If the door is closed, ring the intercom in the porch, on the left-hand wall.
Some courses use our lower-ground-floor entrance instead. If yours does, your joining instructions will say so.
If you need help on the day, call the office on 01273 030657, usually staffed from 8.30am.
Getting here
By train
Hove station is about a 13-minute walk away. Direct trains run from London Victoria in just over an hour, and Brighton station is a few minutes up the line. From London Bridge or St Pancras, change at Brighton or take a train to Brighton and a bus from there.
From Hove station, walk south down Goldstone Villas, turn left along Eaton Road, then right into The Drive. We are a short way down, just before Church Road. See National Rail for times.
By bus
The nearest stops are Hove Town Hall and Eaton Road, two or three minutes’ walk away. Routes 1, 2, 5, 6, 25, 46 and 49 all stop there, and several run from the centre of Brighton. The 700 Coaster runs along the seafront.
Check routes and times at buses.co.uk.
By car
From London, Gatwick and the north, take the M23/A23 towards Brighton, then the A27 towards central Hove. There is pay-by-phone parking on The Drive and the roads nearby. Norton Road multi-storey car park (13 Norton Road, BN3 3BE) is about three minutes’ walk away.
You can pay for both with the PayByPhone app, and compare prices on Parkopedia.
By air
Gatwick is the nearest airport, about 30 miles north, and trains to Hove take around 40 minutes. Heathrow is about 75 miles away: allow two hours or more by coach, train or car.
Access
Both of our entrances have steps, and there is no step-free access to the building. If you have access needs, please contact the Admin Team before your course and we’ll talk through what we can do.
Staying over?
If you’re travelling to Hove for a course, some local people offer Connexus Institute students a room at a reasonable nightly rate. Email the Admin Team at admin@connexusinstitute.com and we can put you in touch with a host. Any arrangement is made directly between you and the host: we can pass on details, but we don’t arrange or manage the stay.
